Court of Appeal - I is the daughter, and youngest child of the appellant H and the respondent W - She left the islands, accompanied by her mother, to live in Melbourne Australia on or about 31st December 2019- The judge gave permission to the mother to remove I to Australian and made associated financial orders on 30th December 2019- H appealed this decision, with leave of the judge herself - following an urgent hearing in London and, by video link in the Court of Appeal, Grand Cayman, the court dismissed the appeal.
