Court of Appeal - The appellant seeks to appeal against the Order of the Chief Justice - Chief Justice dismissed the appellants application for an adjournment, refused a stay of the Respondent's Petition and directed that Hiroaki Ogino, a representative of one of the Limited Partners, Tokyo Century, sign a statement pursuant to Section 10(1) of the Exempted Limited Partnership Law (ELP) in respect of the removal of the Appellant as the General Partner of the Partnership and file the same on behalf of the General Partner with the Registrar of Exempted Limited Partnerships. The Chief Justice set out his reasons for the Order on 13 August 2020.
