The reasons for judgment on the "Ruling on Admission of Evidence of Motive" dated March 14, 2003, should read as follows and are amended accordingly.

Paragraph 7: "The defendant was picked up on a nearby road. While in the car he made or received a cellular telephone call sometime between 15:00 and 16:00."
