Circumstances of accused:
Pleaded guilty at 1st opportunity. The accused broke into a house in West Bay when drunk. Was found by the householder outside the premises completely incapable. There was some wanton damage inside the house caused by the drunken state of the accused. Almost all property was recovered.

Circumstances of accused:
Aged 31, Caymanian. Considerable record for consumption of drugs and burglary.

Disposition:
In view of co-oporation and plea of guilty – 15 months imprisonment.
