Judgment delivered 1997-05-27

IN THE GRAND COURT OF THE CAYMAN ISLANDS

CAUSE NO; 39/88

BETWEEN
MARY B. BODDEN
PETITIONER

AND
EDMUND BODDEN
RESPONDENT

Ms. Bridges and Mr. McField for Respondent
Mrs. Bodden in person.

Reason for Ruling

My records show that the Petitioner and Counsel for the Respondent appeared before me in chamber on 26 May 1997. Both the nature and wording of Mrs. Bodden's application were challenged by the opposing Counsel, whereupon the applicant picked up her papers and stormed out of chambers.

Pursuant to this, both Counsel made, and were granted applications for the dismissal of her matters.
