IN THE GRAND COURT OF THE CAYMAN ISLANDS HOLDEN AT GEORGE TOWN, GRAND CAYMAN CRIMINAL DIVISION CAUSE NO. 909 OF 1985 REGINA v. NARCISSO CLARKE IN THE MATTER OF NARCISSO CLARKE UPON HEARING Counsel on behalf of the Applicant and Counsel on behalf of the Attorney General's Chambers, it is hereby ordered that the above-named Applicant's bail conditions be varied as follows:-

Grandmother's surety is vacated.

Travel documents to be restored to the Applicant for the purpose of visiting his mother in Cuba.

Applicant is permitted to have access to the airport for that purpose.

Applicant is released from reporting to George Town Police Station until he returns.
